Dear friends, if you are sending your post to Metal Age we always need a pro-format invoice or an invoice for Custom purpose only. This document has to be sent together with a parcel or a letter containing 1, 2 or 10 or more promo CDs, EPs, cassettes, magazines !!!! The best way is to use the invoice for "custom purpose only" outside or inside the parcel or l the letter. We need you to declare that the goods are for promotional use only and this concrete declaration must include also the value / minimum value if possible / of the goods !!!
Without this document / invoice or declaration / our Custom house will return your parcel / letter back to you !!!
Our Custom officers do not accept declarations or invoices from the world which do not declare the price of the goods / even for 1 CD !! / Because of this the custom house did not give us so many parcels and letters which were sent to us by post in the past !!! We know that it sounds really crazy for you people from around the world and we understand that it's abnormal and hard to understand it. But believe us we were not able to get hundreds of promotional parcels from the custom house in Slovakia !! This situation lasts for ten years already and we are exhausted by the problems caused by the local custom house. One more advice and a plea at the end: If it is possible please keep us always informed when you sent us your post !!!!! Thank you in advance for your understanding and for your help !!
